What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Counselors focus on the problem, on what is broken, with the aim to make the person OK. Life Coaching, on the other hand, is a practical, forward-looking way to gain clarity on what YOU believe to be true for YOUR life. In Life Coaching, you are provided with a powerful resource system to keep you motivated and move on the right direction, and help you look at where you are now as opposed to where you like to be and help bridge the gap. Coaching is the art of facilitating and mobilizing inner and outer resources to an agreed-upon outcome.

·         Therapist are required to keep their personal feelings and thoughts removed ·         Coaches use their insights and intuition to lead and guide client to fulfillment
