christine2Christine Monica Del Rosario Bata is an internationally certified Life Coach, who trained with the Coach Training Academy, under the expert guidance of Dr. Randin Brons, PhD., C.M.H., M.S.L.C and Steven Kiges, Certified Master Life Coach. Specializing in in Career, Executive and Corporate Coaching, Christine brings with her a wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom, which she had grown and cultivated from more than 20 years in corporate life, with roles ranging from individual contributor to management in Sales & marketing, Information Technology, Service Management & Global Human Resources.

Christine’s global engagement with various leaders gave her the chance to not only deal with different age groups but also cultures. The diversity in the work culture opened her mind to the idea that people are different and that it is good to be different. She enjoyed listening to the challenges and successes of different people.

She has mentored individuals from the X and Y generations and helped them with their career transformations. She had several “mentees” under her supervision and was able to inspire them to go beyond their comfort zone. These mentees are all now in various leadership positions local and other global offices.

On the home front, Christine is mother to three daughters, two of whom are achievers in their respective schools. She had recently dealt with the death of her youngest daughter, who suffered from Trisomy 18 – a rare chromosome disorder.

Christine advocates for constant learning and constant improvement, which are critical to the success of any individual, team or organization. Personal experience has also led her to help children of all ages stay focused on personal goals despite difficult family challenges (parental consent and attendance are required for children below 18). Finally, Christine also wants to help parents move on after the death of a child.
